GEORGE LOVES ships via UPS Ground for domestic orders and FedEx Express for international orders. We endeavor to ship purchases within 24 hours of receiving your order during business hours. Please allow 5 to 9 business days for delivery worldwide.
Once your entire order is completed, we will send you an e-mail within 24 hours with the shipping confirmation including the tracking information.
Delivery schedules are estimated. Actual delivery times may vary depending on shipping locations. When estimating package delivery time, please allow time for credit approval, address verification and order processing.

UNITED STATES, CANADA and MEXICO
Items can be returned up to 14 days from the date of receipt for a full refund on the merchandise price. Items must be in their original condition and packaging with all labels and tags attached.
To Process a Return / Exchange: Please contact Customer Care by emailing: Help@GEORGELOVES.com within 14 days of receiving your package.
If you live outside of the United States and need to make a return, please email the Customer Care team at Help@GEORGELOVES.com with your Order Number, Items to Return and Reason for Return to alert us that your return is on its way.
We cannot accept returns on the following:
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
- Any item that is damaged, has signs of wear, or is not in its original condition.
We aim to process refunds the day we receive them, however please allow up to 14 days for refunds to be credited to your original payment method. We do not refund original shipping charges. We will notify you by email when the process has been completed.

Claims for packages lost or damaged in transit must be made by the shipper. GEORGE LOVES is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to forces outside of our control such as weather. GEORGE LOVES does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that a return package is lost, stolen or mishandled. We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements at GEORGE LOVES sole discretion.
All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are shipped to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact customer care immediately.
